Hector's ideal home
Hector is a bit of a character and very much all over the place at times! He’s a friendly boy but is completely unaware of his size and strength and still has a tendency towards some puppyish nipping and mouthing. For this reason he on the hunt for an adult-only home. He needs a large, secure garden of his own as off-lead play is when he’s happiest. Hector enjoys spending time with other dogs and would really benefit from living with another or multiple dogs that can match his play style and energy. Any match would be subject to a mix in centre prior to adoption. Hector will need ongoing training but he is very clever and picks things up quickly alongside some much needed playtime with another dog.

If you’re looking for a young dog to work with as a bit of a project, Hector just might be your perfect match! He is a Husky who is 1 year old. His ideal family would be one that has experience with the breed, or has experience with positive training techniques. Hector loves his toys and loves to play, but when he knows you he’ll also like some gentle fuss. He is fully housetrained, though might need a refresher in a new home. Hector is good in the car and can be left for a couple of hours once settled. With owners that can be patient, work through his training and be aware of his sensitive side he will flourish.
